You now have more control over how your invoices are sent to QuickBooks. Here are the new settings that we've enabled:

  • Rep: The ServiceTrade job owner or the technician on the job's last appointment
  • Transaction Date: The ServiceTrade invoice transaction date, the job's last appointment date, or the date the invoice was sent to QuickBooks.
  • Ship Date: The ServiceTrade invoice transaction date, the job's last appointment date, or the date the invoice was sent to QuickBooks.

To use these settings, go to your Account Settings:

Then open the Integrations section, and click the green Configure button of the QuickBooks connection that you want to change. More details about QuickBooks connection settings are available here.

At this time, these new settings are not available to users of QuickBooks Online.
