The ServiceTrade integration library is a list of application connections powered by Zapier that are managed and supported by ServiceTrade for Enterprise customers. These integrations can be used as described below (with some minor setup involved) or used as jumping-off points for new workflows. Use these as inspiration for new ideas, and keep in mind that there are thousands of web services that Zapier supports.

A setup fee is required for each integration listed below. Any changes to the predefined workflow will require additional billable service time. The setup fee is listed, along with a description of the basic premise of the workflow. Please reach out to support@servicetrade.com if you would like to get started with the integration library.

Online Wufoo Form Submission Creates a new Customer and Unscheduled Job in ServiceTrade

This integration will allow you to create an online form that you can include on your website to allow customers to request service. When the form is submitted, the integration will search for an existing customer in ServiceTrade, and create the customer if no existing one is found. Then, a new unscheduled job will be created containing the information the customer filled out in the form. The setup fee does not include the setup of the web form itself, though we can help with that if you'd like. Any form web service that is supported by Zapier is easily substituted for Wufoo, and would not increase the setup fee.

Send a Followup Survey When an Invoice is Greater than $1,000

This integration will allow you to send a follow-up survey to the primary contact's email address whenever an invoice is created for a job and that invoice exceeds $1,000. The purpose is to ensure that your high-value customers are happy, and are receiving extra attention. The setup fee does not include the setup of the follow-up survey itself, though we can help with that if you'd like. Any survey web service that is supported by Zapier is easily substituted for SurveyMonkey, and would not increase the setup fee.

Drive-Time Estimated vs Actual Calculation Added to a Spreadsheet

Number of Steps: Two integrations - Clock In (5 steps), Clock Out (8 steps)

This integration will allow you to create a spreadsheet that provides visibility to the differences between estimated drive time of your techs when they clock into being enroute to a job, versus the actual drive time it took to get to the job. This lets you quickly identify any glaring discrepancies in drive times, which may indicate improper use of clock events by technicians. The integration works by triggering on a clock-in enroute event and doing a Google Maps (with traffic) lookup of the estimated drive time based on the current tech location as a start point and the job location as an end point. That information is added to a spreadsheet. When the tech clocks out of being enroute, the actual time difference between the in and out is calculated and the spreadsheet row is updated.
