• If using an Apple device, go to Settings -> Safari -> Allow cookies from websites that I visit.
  • If you get a message stating that "An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made", check the date and time settings in your device and ensure that the option to automatically set these is turned on.
  • If you receive an error stating your Username or Password is incorrect, please contact your ServiceTrade Admin at your office to help reset your login information.
