• You will need to contact your office with the job number.
  • Using a desktop or laptop, a ServiceTrade office user will need to go the job, click the gear icon next to the appointment, and then click "re-open appointment".
  • The appointment will be available to you again now. ¬†You may need to refresh your appointments page by pulling down on the screen with your finger and releasing.
