If you want to see Scheduled and Unscheduled Nearby Jobs in the ServiceTrade mobile app you'll want to be sure that the following prerequisites are met. 

  • Nearby Jobs feature is turned on in the Preferences panel
  • Location Services are turned on for the ServiceTrade app and for your mobile device
  • Appointments are released
  • Technicians have permissions to see other technician's Appointments
  • Appointments are not further than 250 miles away from your location 

If all this criteria is met, technicians will have visibility to Nearby Jobs. 

Be aware that the Nearby Jobs view will not show more than 50 Jobs and no Jobs further away than 250 miles.
