Sometimes, you may have an arrangement where your billing arrangement may not correlate 1x1 with jobs.  An example of this would be 2 annual preventative maintenance events at a building (which would normally result in two jobs at ServiceTrade), but you bill monthly.

There are two ways to handle this:

  1. Have recurring invoices set up in your accounting system - completely unrelated to what happens in ServiceTrade.  These services would need to be noted in ServiceTrade as "Monthly Billing" or similar (implying that there is no need to create invoices in ServiceTrade for this work - accounting has it covered).
  2. Use recurring services in ServiceTrade to remind yourself (or someone else) to create a "billing only" job.   We cover this in full in the video below.
