It's finally here!  You can now send Service Link messages to your customers as a bulk action from the appointment list.  This allows you to send upcoming service notifications, day-of-service reminders, and followup messages easily at scale.

To send messages, go to the appointments list in ServiceTrade by clicking on Jobs in the menu at the top, then choosing 'Appointments':

From the appointments list, select the checkbox next to each appointment for which you want to send a Service Link.   You can select individual appointments or click the checkbox at the top of the list to quickly choose all appointments shown on the screen:

Once you've selected some appointments, click the gear icon at the top of the list and select 'Send Service Link':

In the popup window that appears, you can add a custom message that you would like to be included in ALL the Service Link messages that will be sent:

Then click 'Send Service Links' to send the messages.

IMPORTANT:  When sending Service Links from the appointment list, a message will be sent to every contact for the appointment's location AND customer.  To control which specific contacts receive a message, go to the appointment's job and send the Service Link message individually instead.

IMPORTANT:  This feature is enabled only for paid ServiceTrade accounts.  For questions about enabling this feature, please contact ServiceTrade support at
