More Options When Assigning Services to Jobs
With today's release, you now have more fine-grained options to help you choose exactly which services you should add to a job.
When you choose to add a service to an appointment, you can now choose from three different filtering options to help you quickly find the existing service that you want to add:
Services not already on this job: Only services that have not yet been assigned to any appointment on this job are shown
Services already on this job: Only services that are already assigned to another appointment on this job are shown
All services: All services are shown, regardless of whether they are assigned to any appointment on this job
Emailed Invoice Improvements
When you send an invoice by email to your customer, the email subject and body now include the invoice number and (if the invoice was for a job) the job number:
In addition, the attached PDF version of the invoice that your customer receives now includes the invoice number as part of its filename.
