Getting Access to PartsLedger Help Center Articles

All PartsLedger documentation is currently not automatically visible in our Help Center to every user. Follow the steps below to view these articles or request access to these articles.

 

Step 1: Sign-In to the Help Center

You may already have access to these articles but need to sign in to our Help Center to view them.

  1. Go to our Help Center.
  2. Click "Sign In" in the top right corner
  3. Enter your Email and Password.
  4. Click the Sign in button.
  5. If you can log in, check the PartsLedger section to see if you have access to these articles.
    • If you do not see PartsLedger articles, follow the next steps in creating a Help Center account.

Note: If you've communicated with our support staff through email previously, you're already registered. You probably don't have a password yet, though.

Step 2: Create a Help Center Account

We give access to PartsLedger Articles via your organization's email domains. If you haven't registered with a Help Center account, you must create one using your work email.

  1. Go to our Help Center.
  2. Click "Sign In" in the top right corner
  3. Click "Signup"

  4. Follow the instructions on creating a new account.
  5. Log-in with your new account.
  6. Check the PartsLedger section to see if you have access.
    • If you do not see PartsLedger articles, follow the next steps in requesting access to the PartsLedger Articles.

Step 3: Request Access to PartsLedger Articles

You have created an account and signed in with your computer email, but still don't see the PartsLedger articles. Your organization may not have been giving access to PartsLedger Articles.

If you have tried Steps 1 and 2 and still don't see PartsLedger Articles follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your new Help Center account and submit a Ticket to Customer Support.
  2. Let them know that you are requesting access to PartsLedger Articles.
  3. Please provide your company's name and your company's email domain (example: @servicetrade.com).
