How to Access the PartsManager Mobile Application

Logging In to the PartsManager Mobile Application

  1. In a web browser, visit to access the PartsManager, formerly known as PartsLedger, Mobile Application login page.
  2. Enter your PartsManager Username and Password and tap the Sign In button to log in to the  PartsManager Mobile Application.


Accessing The PartsManager Mobile Application from the ServiceTrade Mobile App

Note: To access this feature, you need the:

  1. Select a Job Appointment in the Mobile ServiceTrade app.
  2. Tap the Job Items tile to navigate to the Job Items page.
  3. At the bottom of the Job Items page, tap the Open PartsManager button to be taken to the PartsManager Mobile Application.
  4. You will be automatically signed in to your account upon visiting the PartsManager Mobile Application.
  5. The Job Number of the Job you are working on in the ServiceTrade Mobile App will be automatically populated into the Job Number field on the PartsManager Mobile Application.MobileApp_PL-button.gif
