Welcome! The Journey Dashboard is the tool you will use as you onboard with the ServiceTrade during your Service Delivery Window.
The Journey Dashboard allows you to easily track your onboarding's overall progress, any current tasks you may have due, and general information about your Onboarding Team. It also allows you to upload your customer data directly to your Onboarding Team for review and allows you to sign up your staff for the ServiceTrade Certifications.
Getting Access to Journey Dashboard
If you are the Project Lead, you should have been provided an invite link to the Journey Dashboard during your Kickoff Call. See the below image for what that email should look like.
If you are not the Project Lead and want access to the Journey Dashboard, please contact the Project Lead at your company, and they can invite you.
Note: These credentials are not the same as your ServiceTrade credentials.

The Data Intake Page allows you to easily upload your customer data directly to your Onboarding Team for review.
The Certification Page
The Certification Page allows you to sign you and your staff up for the ServiceTrade Certifications. You can also track your staff's progress.

The Admin Page
The Admin Page allows you to sign up your employees to the Journey Dashboard who will be helping manage the tasks assigned to them during the onboarding process.
