How to Access Asurio BirdDog Help Center Articles

All Asurio BirdDog documentation is currently not automatically visible in our Help Center to every user. Follow the steps below to view these articles or request access to these articles.

Step 1: Sign-In to the Help Center

You may already have access to these articles but need to sign in to our Help Center to view them.

This is NOT the same login as your app.servicetrade.com login. This is NOT the same login as your app.servicetrade.com login.

  1. Go to our Help Center.
  2. Click "Sign In" in the top right corner
  3. Enter your Email and Password.
  4. Click the Sign in button.
  5. If you do not have an account, you must create one.

Note: If you've previously communicated with our support staff through email, you're already registered. You probably don't have a password yet. Click the Forgot Password link on the Sign-in menu to reset.


Step 2:
Create a Help Center Account

If you haven't registered with a Help Center account, you must create one using your work email.

  1. Go to our Help Center.
  2. Click "Sign In" in the top right corner
  3. Click "Signup"

  4. Follow the instructions on creating a new account.
  5. Login with your new account.
  6. Check the Asurio BirdDog section to see if you have access.

 

How to Reach Asurio BirdDog Support

  • This email address will allow you to open a ticket with our support team.
  • Provide as much information as possible regarding your issue. For example, details around what you were doing when you encountered the problem, screenshots or screen recordings showing the problem, etc. Every bit of detail you provide helps Support get to a solution that much faster.

  • Speak with a support team member or leave us a voicemail for a quick callback.

  • We will call you back if you leave a voicemail.

  • For record-keeping and follow-up purposes, we will create an email support ticket for any inbound phone calls or voicemails.
