Exporting Data / Generating Reports

ServiceTrade currently offers rich exports of most of your data.  These exports are .csv files, which may be opened in Excel, LibreOffice, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, or similar software.  They may also be printed once opened in a spreadsheet program.

Note: Printing exports/reports directly from ServiceTrade is not supported.

Exports are generally found wherever you can search. Below we cover which exports are available and where.

How to Export All Data

  1. On the relevant search page, click reset to clear your search.
  2. Then click Search to search all data.
  3. Click the Export to Spreadsheet drop-down in the upper right of the search page frame.

  4. Click to select the relevant type of export. This will download the .csv file.

How to Export Select Data

  1. On the relevant search page, enter the search parameters for your export.
  2. Then click Search to search the specific data.
  3. Click the Export to Spreadsheet drop-down in the upper right of the search page frame.

Jobs Exports

To export Jobs data, navigate the the Jobs List Page and then follow these instructions. The following types of exports are available on the Jobs List Page:

  • Jobs
  • Jobs and Appointments
  • Jobs and Clock Events
  • Jobs and Job Items
  • Jobs and Services

Appointments Exports

To export Appointments data, navigate the the Appointments List Page and then follow these instructions. The following types of exports are available on the Appointments List Page:

  • Appointments
  • Appointments with Services

Quotes Exports

To export Quotes data, navigate the the Quotes List Page and then follow these instructions. The following types of exports are available on the Quotes List Page:

  • Quotes
  • Quotes and Services

Deficiencies Exports

To export Deficiencies data, navigate the the Deficiencies List Page and then follow these instructions. The following types of exports are available on the Deficiencies List Page:

Invoices Exports

To export Invoices data, navigate the the Invoices List Page and then follow these instructions. The following types of exports are available on the Invoices List Page:

  • Invoice Details

Companies Exports

Locations Exports

Assets Exports

Google Calendar Exports

This extension allows you to export scheduled jobs for a given technician as a CSV to import into Google Calendar.

ServiceTrade Data Warehouse

ServiceTrade Customers with an Enterprise Subscription will have access to the ServiceTrade Data Warehouse.

Enterprise Customers can access the ServiceTrade Data Warehouse using Amazon QuickSight.  By leveraging ServiceTrade's integration with QuickSight, managers, owners, and business analysts can run advanced reports and gain insights into customer service data.
