Syncing Vendors, Warehouses, and Items to ServiceTrade

In PartsManager, formerly known as PartsLedger, you can create new vendors, warehouses, and items. Within the PartsManager Mobile App Admin section, you can sync the new instances that are in PartsManager to ServiceTrade for future use.

Syncing PartsManager Vendors, Warehouse, and Items to ServiceTrade

  1. Open your web browser on your mobile device or tablet.
  2. Go to app.PartsManager.io and log in with your PartsManager user information.
  3. Tap the Admin tab.

  4. Scroll down to Sync to ServiceTrade.

  5. Tap either Sync Items, Sync Vendors, or Sync Warehouses depending on which entity was created or updated in PartsManager.
  6. The Logs window will show when the syncing is complete.
