Checking Item Stock in the PartsLedger Mobile Application

Within the mobile app, technicians can look up the stock (inventory) of items that they may need on a job. The Stock Look Up portion of the PartsLedger mobile app will show the amount of stock (inventory) of any item searched in every facility that is in the company’s PartsLedger account 

Checking Stock

1. Log into the PartsLedger mobile app at app.partsledger.io
2. At the top of the page, there is a “Stock Look Up” search box
   
   
3. In this box, you will input the Part Number of the specific part that you are looking up inventory for
   
   
4. This will give an overview of which facilities has what inventory for the item searched
