Today's release sees the following additions to ServiceTrade Web App:
- Service-Specific Comments and Attachments on Quotes.
Service-Specific Comments and Attachments on Quotes
This release allows you to control whether or not your customers can view service-specific Comments and Attachments. It also allows customers to see what services the comments and attachments are associated with.
When sending a Quote to a customer, you can enable or disable attachment and comment visibility at the Service Level:
Comments and Attachments will be visible on the quote specific to their associated services if enabled.
Subcontracted Job Scheduling History
Subcontracted jobs will now show a scheduling history for appointments the subcontractor scheduled.
Example: Below is a Job that has been subcontracted (Danger Zone):
When the subcontractor (Danger Zone) schedules an appointment, you will be able to see a history of the action:
Note: It will not show which Subcontractor user scheduled the appointment. It will only say 'Scheduled by Sbucontractor'
