What's Included?

This update sees enhancements to the Incomplete Reason Workflow to streamline your tech's user experience by adding an "Other" reason and no longer requiring text input for comments. There have also been enhancements to the way Deficiencies are displayed and sorted when viewing them via the Assets page. Additionally, a new link to Deficiencies has been added to the Service Details page.

Incomplete Reason Workflow Enhancement

As of Mobile Release 5.2.2, when a technician is clocking out from a job appointment and does not mark a service or services as complete on the Clock Out page, they are presented with a list of reasons to select from. You can read more about this feature release here.

With this release, a new fifth option of "Other" has been added to the list of reasons for incomplete services upon clock out. Additionally, all text comment fields associated with these incomplete services reasons are now optional for techs to fill out.

Asset Deficiency Page Enhancement

When technicians view Deficiencies on an Asset via the Asset page, there is now an additional tab at the top of the Deficiency screen showing "Fixed" deficiencies for that asset. This effectively shows the Asset's history of reported deficiencies that have been fixed over time.

Deficiencies Link on Service Details Page

A link to deficiencies is now visible on the Service Details page. Tapping on this link will take you to the Deficiencies page for this specific Job Appointement and the specific Asset associated with the Service. The number on the link represents all Deficiencies for this Asset with the status of New or Verified.
