If you have created a Help Center user using a working email, you can follow specific Sections in the Help Center and get email notifications when a new article is added to that section or a comment has been added to an article in that section.
We recommend you subscribe to our Release Note sections to get notifications when we change the Office and Mobile Apps. Below is a list of our release notes sections that you can follow:
How to Subscribe to Sections in the Help Center
Follow the instructions below to subscribe to a Help Center Section:
- If you haven't already, follow the steps to create a Help Center user with your work email.
- Navigate to the relevant Section that you want to follow.
- Click the Follow button under the Section title.
- Click to select New articles and comments.
- The button will change to Following, indicating that you are following that section in the Help Center. You will now receive email notifications when a new article is added to that section, or a comment has been added to an article in that section.
What do these Help Desk email notifications look like?
The Help Desk email notifications will come from noreply@servicetrade.zendesk.com. Make sure you configure your personal or company email settings to allow this email.
