NFPA 17A/96 Kitchenhood Suppression - Standard Form Summary

This form includes inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) for kitchen fire suppression systems and related equipment in accordance with NFPA 17A and 96. This form also includes a report for Hood Cleaning for kitchen exhaust systems.
