This form includes inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) for kitchen fire suppression systems and related equipment in accordance with NFPA 17A and 96. This form also includes a report for Hood Cleaning for kitchen exhaust systems.

ITM intervals included: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually as applicable for kitchen suppression systems.
