Today's release sees the addition of the Account Picker functionality as part of ServiceTrade's SSO offerings. 

How does it work?

The Account Picker allows users with an email address associated with ServiceTrade users across multiple accounts to sign in to ServiceTrade with the added security of their Corporate Identity Provider integration (Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace.)

At login, the Account Picker will provide the user with a drop-down menu so that they can select the specific user in the specific connected account that they wish to access at that time.

If the user wishes to login to a different account, they will need to logout, go through the normal login steps again, and select a different account.  

How do I set it up?

FAQs

Does this allow a user to pick from all of their ancillary accounts (SalesManager, PartsManager, etc) as well?

No, this account picker is only for ServiceTrade Accounts at this time.
