The ServiceTrade Mobile App is how Technicians and Helpers will use ServiceTrade.
The ServiceTrade Mobile App can be installed on both Android and iPhone devices as follows:
All the information they need to call ahead, find their way to the Job site, and get started working is in the palm of their hands. The Mobile App also allows the Technician to report on the Job instantly by sending the following information directly into ServiceTrade:
- Clock in and out (with Location)
- Paperwork
- Deficiencies
- Attachments (Video, Photos, Voice Memos, or Documents)
- Comments
- Job Items
- Assets
- Work completion status
How To Install The Mobile App on an Apple Device
- Open the App Store application.
- Use the magnifying glass Search icon in the lower right-hand corner to search for "ServiceTrade"
- Download and install the app titled ServiceTrade

- Open the Google Play application.
- Use the magnifying glass Search icon in the upper right-hand corner to search for "ServiceTrade"
- Download and install the app titled "ServiceTrade"

I do not have the "Play Store" application. How do I download the app?
If your device is older and is not set to update automatically, you may have to use the "App Store" or "Play Store" application.
I cannot find the ServiceTrade Mobile App in the Google Play Store?
If you cannot find or our App in the Google Play Store, your device may not be compatible with the application. This is most likely due to your device not having autofocus capabilities on its camera. This is an important function for taking pictures and uploading paperwork with the app.
You will not be able to install the app on your device and will have to try a different device.
