What?
Go-Live Ready Milestones are tasks for customers to complete during their implementation Service Window.
The 6 Go-Live Ready Milestones:

Create, schedule, assign and deliver 5 Jobs

Send a Service Link or Invoice Link from 2 different ServiceTrade Jobs to customers

Create and send 2 Quotes to customers

Add up to 5 photos to Jobs using the ServiceTrade mobile app from the field

Create 2 Deficiencies using the ServiceTrade mobile app from the field

Clock in and clock out of 2 Jobs using the ServiceTrade mobile app from the field
Why?
Completing these specific tasks within the designated amount of time will ensure the customer can quickly utilize key features within ServiceTrade that will provide value, drive customer engagement and help grow their business.
How?
Completing all Admin, Office and Technician Certification Courses that the customer's team is enrolled in is the first step in learning how to execute these features within ServiceTrade. In addition to completing the required Certification Courses, there are also instructional articles in our Help Center that can be used to assist Office and Field Staff with accomplishing the Go-Live Ready Milestones. In addition to the Certification Courses and Help Center, our Project Managers will work with you to successfully complete the Go-Live Ready Milestones within your service window.
