Our update to record IDs will affect mobile app users. All ServiceTrade mobile app users MUST update to version 3.2.6 or later. This article outlines, for both Apple and Android users, how you can confirm which version of the app you are using, and steps to take to update to version 3.2.6.

Find Out Which Version of the Mobile App You are Currently Using
Step 1: Log in to the ServiceTrade mobile app on your iPhone or iPad.
Step 2: Select "Preferences" at the bottom right of the screen.
Step 3: Select "About" from the Preferences menu.
Step 4: Confirm that you are using version 3.2.6 as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Select "Preferences" from the menu.
Step 3: Select "About" from the menu.
Step 4: Confirm the version of the app on your device listed at the top of the screen. 3.2.6 or later is the version you want.
Not on the most recent version?
If you go through the steps above and find that you are not on version 3.2.6 or later, please take the following steps to manually update your ServiceTrade app to the most recent version.
Step 1: Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
Step 2: Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Scroll through "Available Updates" until you see the ServiceTrade app icon. Select "Update" to update the ServiceTrade app, or select "Update All" under Available Updates.

Step 1: Open the Google Play store.
Step 2: Select your account avatar in the top right.
Step 3: Select "Manage Apps and Devices".
Step 4: Select "See Details" Under "Updates Available". Alternatively you can select "Update All" and skip step 5 below.
Step 5: Find the ServiceTrade app in the list of apps that have updates and select the appropriate "Update" button beside it.
