Note: This article only applies to ServiceTrade users using Apple devices. Android app users will not be affected as their development kit supports 64-bit integer. No additional action is required by Android app users, though it is always best practice for both iOS and Android app users to use the latest version of the ServiceTrade app.
Required Mobile App Update for iOS (Apple) Users
All ServiceTrade mobile app users on Apple devices (iPhone or iPad) MUST update to the most recent version of the mobile app, version 3.0.14, by Monday, February 21. This article outlines how you can confirm you are using the latest version, and steps to take to update to the latest version, if you are not using it already.
Find Out Which Version of the Mobile App You are Currently Using
Step 1: Log in to the ServiceTrade mobile app on your iPhone or iPad.
Step 2: Select "Preferences" at the bottom right of the screen.
Step 3: Select "About" from the Preferences menu.
Step 4: Confirm that you are using version 3.0.14 as shown in the screenshot below.
Not on the most recent version?
If you go through the steps above and find that you are not on version 3.0.14 of the iOS app on either your iPhone or iPad, please take the following steps to manually update your ServiceTrade app to the most recent version.
Step 1: Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
Step 2: Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Scroll through "Available Updates" until you see the ServiceTrade app icon. Select "Update" to update the ServiceTrade app, or select "Update All" under Available Updates.
