How to Verify and Update the ServiceTrade Mobile App

We regularly update the ServiceTrade Mobile App so we can add new features and improve the Technician's experience.
Sometimes these updates will affect a Technician's ability to use or even log in to the Mobile App.

We highly recommend that your Techs, Service Managers, IT Team, or whoever manages your devices, regularly update the Mobile App to the most recent version.

 

Find Out Which Version of the Mobile App You are Currently Using

Apple Users

  1. Log in to the ServiceTrade Mobile App on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap Preferences at the bottom right of the screen.

  4. Locate which version you are using.

  5. Go to the ServiceTrade Mobile App in the App Store.
  6. Under the What's New section, click Version History. If the most recent version doesn't match what you saw in the Mobile App. Go ahead and update the App on that device.

 

Android Users

  1. Log in to the ServiceTrade Mobile App on your Android device.
  2. Tap the hamburger-shaped Menu icon.

  3. Tap Preferences.

  5. Locate which version you are using.
  6. Go to the ServiceTrade Mobile App in the Google Play Store.
  7. Click the Arrow next to the About this app header. If the most recent version doesn't match what you saw in the Mobile App. Go ahead and update the App on that device.

 

Need to Update? 

If you go through the steps above and find that you are not on the most recent version of the ServiceTrade Mobile App, please take the following steps to manually update your ServiceTrade app to the most recent version.

 

Updating the Mobile App on Apple Devices

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your Profile icon at the top of the screen.
  3. Scroll through Available Updates until you see the ServiceTrade App icon.
  4. Tap Update to update the ServiceTrade MObile App.
    • You can also tapselect Update All under Available Updates to update all apps.

Updating the Mobile App on Android Devices

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap your account Avatar in the top right.

  3. Tap to select Manage Apps & Devices.

  4. Select See Details under Updates Available.
    • Alternatively, you can select Update All and skip the next step.

  5. Find the ServiceTrade Mobile App in the list of apps and select the Update button beside it. 22222_Update.png
