This release gives techs the ability to generate and send invoices in the field from the ServiceTrade Mobile App without requiring that they use tablet mode.

Expedite collection for cash on delivery customers by empowering techs to invoice from the field. The tech’s user experience improves because they do not have to bounce back and forth between the mobile app and tablet mode to generate invoices in the field.
NOTE: ServiceTrade admin users will need to update technicians’ permissions in order for them to be able to take advantage of this new feature.
