Overview - California Standard Form Kits

California AES Forms are available as ServiceForms Standard Form Kits. Each bullet point in the lists below is one (1) Standard Form Kit, and the cost of implementation is a $1000 flat fee, except for AES 1, which is included free of charge for all California ServiceForms customers who implement one or more of the other Standard Form Kits.

  • AES 2.3 Dry Pipe (Quarterly and Annual) / 2.4 Dry Pipe (5 Year)
  • AES 2.5 Preaction (Quarterly and Annual) / 2.6 Preaction (5 Year)
  • AES 2.7 Deluge (Quarterly and Annual) / 2.8 Deluge (5 Year)

  • AES 22: Speciality Chemical Pre-engineered Fire Extinguishing System

Miscellaneous Standard Form Kits

  • AES 1: Cover Page: This is free for all ServiceForms customers who implement one or more California Standard Form Kits. Customers can dispatch this form to all jobs when another AES form is dispatched, or they can enter the job number on the form from their blank forms.
  • AES 10: Corrections and Repairs Form: When technicians revisit a location to repair deficiencies found at the initial inspection, this form can be dispatched for these  “Inspection Repair” jobs with all open deficiencies at the location included on the dispatched form.
