Walkthrough

Video Walkthrough

  1. Go to Accounts Receivable.
  2. Click Setup.
  3. Then click Customer.
  4. Enter the following information:
    • Customer ID (ServiceTrade External System ID)      
    • Customer Name
    • Address
    • City
    • State
    • Postal Code
    • Status
    • Telephone

  5. The Pixis Manager Console App syncs the following Sage 300 CRE AR Customer Data fields with ServiceTrade.
    • Customer ID (ServiceTrade External System ID)
    • Customer Name
    • Address
    • City
    • State
    • Postal Code
    • Status
    • Telephone

Depends on the "UseContacts" option. Customer Contact phone if "yes", otherwise General Telephone

 

Note: ServiceTrade recommends using AR Customer Type as Service within
File > Company Settings >Custom Descriptions 

The AR Customer Export Task default is to Run. This automatically syncs Customer Data from Sage 300 CRE to ServiceTrade in specified time intervals.
