- Requires ServiceTrade Premium or Enterprise Subscription license.
- Pixis Manager Console App for Sage 300 CRE
- Export Customers Sync
Walkthrough
- Go to Accounts Receivable.
- Click Setup.
- Then click Customer.
- Enter the following information:
- Customer ID (ServiceTrade External System ID)
- Customer Name
- Address
- City
- State
- Postal Code
- Status
- Telephone
- The Pixis Manager Console App syncs the following Sage 300 CRE AR Customer Data fields with ServiceTrade.
- Customer ID (ServiceTrade External System ID)
- Customer Name
- Address
- City
- State
- Postal Code
- Status
- Telephone

Note: ServiceTrade recommends using AR Customer Type as Service within
File > Company Settings >Custom Descriptions
The AR Customer Export Task default is to Run. This automatically syncs Customer Data from Sage 300 CRE to ServiceTrade in specified time intervals.
