Prerequisites
- Pixis Manager Console App for Sage 300 CRE.
- Export Purchase Order Sync.
- AP Vendor to ServiceTrade Vendors Sync (Required.)
How Sync Works
- When you create a PO in Service Management by clicking Task > Purchasing > Enter P.O.
- Then enter General SM Purchase Order information and click 'Next >'.
- Then enter Ship To Information and click 'Next >'.
- Then enter Register information and click 'Next >'.
- Then select the appropriate print settings and click 'Finish'.
Note: The Pixis Manager Console App syncs “newly created” Sage 300 CRE SM Purchase Order Data with ServiceTrade Job Items. - Once you finished creating a PO and the PO has been ‘received’ in Service Management, the Pixis Manager Console App syncs the Parts Vendor item status to ‘received’ and updates the ServiceTrade job Item amounts.

Note: The ServiceTrade Sage SM PO Export Task default is to ‘Run’. This automatically syncs Sage SM POs to ServiceTrade Job Items in specified time intervals.
