Prerequisites
- Pixis Manager Console App for Sage 300 CRE
- Export Location Sync
- Note: When syncing Service Management locations with ServiceTrade, both Sage 300 CRE Service Management and ServiceTrade define a location as the place where the service is performed. Consequently, the location is also where most of the processing takes place.
Sage 300 CRE Service Management users can set up four location types under Setup > Locations. Each type has unique processing. - We recommend using 'Customer Type' to sync with a ServiceTrade location.
- A customer location is the one location type that will always be available and it typically interfaces to Accounts Receivable.
How Sync Works
- Once you have set up a new location, by clicking Setup > Location > Customers.
- Be sure to enter AR Customer then click 'Next >'
- Once created. the Pixis Manager Console App syncs the following Sage 300 CRE SM location data fields with ServiceTrade locations.
- Sage Job
- Office
- Call Type in SM
- Address_1
- Address_2
- City
- State
- Zip_Code
- AR Customer
- Site Phone
