There is now an option to have line items Grouped by Service on Work Acknowledgments.
In order for a Tech to create a Work Acknowledgment with Group by Service visibility, the Tech will need the following:
- To know how to use the Tablet Mode on the Mobile App.
- Have the default role "Account Tech + Invoice" assigned to the Tech.
Note: Assigning a Tech the "Account Tech + Invoice" role, will allow the tech to generate, edit, and send Invoices. There currently isn't a way for a Tech to create a group by service Work Acknowledgment without this role assigned.
