Important Note: PartsLedger is now PartsManager. PartsManager retains all of the parts purchasing and warehouse management automation benefits of its predecessor. To read more about this exciting change, click here.

PartsManager, formerly known as PartsLedger, currently offers rich exports of most of your data.  These exports are .xlsx files, which may be opened in Excel, LibreOffice, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, or similar software.  They may also be printed once opened in a spreadsheet program.

Note: Printing exports directly from PartsManager is not supported.

Exports are generally found wherever you can search Data Tables (Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Items, Warehouses, Stock, etc.)

In this article, we cover how to export all data and selected data from a data table. We also cover using View and Quick Filters to export specific data.

How to Export All Data

  1. On the relevant Data Table page.
  2. Remove any Quick Filters or View Filters.

How to Use View Filters

View Filters allows you to name, create, and save conditional filters that make it easy for you to filter and manage your data tables. Almost every page that has data in PartsManager has a View Filter.

The following video will walk users through using view filters.

How to Use Quick Filters

Quick Filters work the same way as View Filters, but you can only use them once. Watch the above video before following these instructions.

  1. On the relevant Data Table Page, click the Quick Filter icon.
